All our garments are made on demand in Germany. Please read our policy carefully before submitting a request.

Since every item is custom printed on demand specifically for you, standard returns and exchanges are not possible under EU consumer law for made-to-order goods. However, we take full responsibility for defective prints, damaged items, or incorrect orders. If your item has a quality issue, fill in the form below and we will resolve it.

Complaint Window

Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period we are unable to process claims through our production partner Shirtigo.

What Happens Next

We review your complaint within 2 business days.
If approved, we will either reprint and reship your item or issue a
refund. A return label will be provided if the item needs to be
returned.

01 — Submit This Form

Fill in your order details and describe
the issue. Attach a clear photo of the problem — this is required for us
to process your complaint with our production partner.

02 — We Review Your Case

We check your complaint against our production records within 2 business days and contact Shirtigo on your behalf.

03 — Return Label (If Required)

If a physical return is necessary, we will
email you a prepaid return label. Do not send anything back without
receiving this label first.

04 — Resolution

Once confirmed, we reprint and reship your item or process your refund within 5 business days.
