By accessing bymoe.de and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

PRODUCTS All products are original designs by Mohamad Moe Jaouhar, produced on demand through Shirtigo GmbH in Germany for apparel and accessories, and through Printful Inc. for headwear. Product colours may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor calibration differences.

ORDERS Orders are binding upon confirmation. As products are made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Contact infor@bymoe.de immediately if you need to cancel.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All artwork, illustrations, and designs on this site are the exclusive property of Mohamad Moe Jaouhar and protected under applicable copyright law. Purchasing a product grants you personal use only. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use of any design without written permission is strictly prohibited.

PRICING All prices are displayed in Euros and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Orders already placed are not affected by price changes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY MOE ESSENTIALS is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of German courts.
